Refund & Exchange Policy – TenSports

At TenSports, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy  
We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed and delivered.

2. Exchange Policy  
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery  
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact  
- Exchanges are allowed for:
  - Size issues  
  - Switching to another product

3. Exchange Charges  
- A ₹150 exchange fee is applicable per order  
- This covers reverse pickup and re-delivery

4. How to Request an Exchange  
All exchange requests must be submitted through our website:

- Go to the menu bar  
- Click on “Exchange”  
- Enter your order details and follow the steps  

Our system will handle pickup and delivery.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- Submit a request through the Exchange section on our website  
- Report within 24 hours of delivery  
- Upload proper unboxing video proof  

If verified, a free replacement will be provided.

6. Important Notes  

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability  
- If your preferred item is unavailable, you can choose another product  
- Requests without proof or outside the time window may be rejected

7. No Manual Requests  

- We do not process exchanges via DM, WhatsApp, or calls  
- All requests must be submitted through the website only
